is already built.

No mockups. No six-week project. No $4,000 agency quote. I build your new site before we ever speak about money — your real name, your real reviews, your real photos — then I show it to you live. If you like it, we switch it on. Usually the same week.

"Called at 7am with the AC dead and a newborn in the house. Tech was here by 10 and had it running before lunch. Priced it before he touched anything."

"Third company I called. First one that didn't try to sell me a whole new unit. Fixed a $180 capacitor and left. That's why they get all my business now."

What they haveBuilt once in 2008 and never touched. Unreadable on a phone, no padlock in the address bar, and a contact form that quietly stopped emailing anyone in 2016.
What I hand themTheir reviews, their license, their service area, their phone one tap away — and the whole thing loads in under a second on the truck's cell signal.

01 — The problem

Your reputation has outrun your website.

You've got twenty years in, a five-star average and a truck people recognize. Then somebody googles you at 9pm, lands on a site that looks abandoned, and quietly calls the guy with a worse crew and a better website. These are real Valley businesses I looked at this month.

FIND / 01
An HVAC company in Mesa
Owner-operated since 2008 · A+ BBB · 4.6★
footer reads "Copyright 2008"

Still on table-based HTML. It has never been opened on a phone by anyone who wasn't lost. The business is excellent. The website is a liability.

FIND / 02
A grooming shop in Scottsdale
Family-run since 2004 · booked out weeks
Chrome says "Not Secure"

Their 2017 site is served over plain HTTP, so every new customer's first impression is a browser warning. Nobody told them. Nobody ever does.

FIND / 03
A hardscape builder in Scottsdale
Travertine, outdoor kitchens, pergolas · 5.0★
no website at all

580 photos of genuinely beautiful work — stranded on Yelp, where they compete with a slideshow. The portfolio was already there. It just had nowhere to live.

None of these are bad businesses. They're busy ones — which is exactly why the website is the thing that never gets done.
02 — How it works

Three steps. You risk nothing in the first two.

Every agency on earth sells you a promise and then goes away to build it. I flipped the order — the build comes first, and it's free until you've seen it and want it.

01

I build it first

Before we ever talk price
I research your business the way a customer would — your Google reviews, your license number, your service area, the photos of your own work — and build a complete, real website from it. Not a mockup. Not a wireframe. A finished site on a private link you can open on your phone at a red light.
02

We shape it together

Usually one conversation
You tell me what's wrong with it — that's not your green, that photo is from the old truck, you don't do commercial anymore. I change it while you watch. Most businesses have never once had a say in their own website; this is the part people enjoy.
03

It goes live

Usually the same week
On your own domain, which stays in your name. I point the records, keep the old site up until the new one resolves clean and the padlock is green, and I never touch your mail records — your email keeps working, guaranteed. Then I hand you my cell number instead of a ticket system.
03 — What you get

One monthly price. Everything's in it.

The whole point of a monthly plan is that you stop thinking about your website. No hourly invoices, no "that'll be a change order," no hosting bill from a company you've never heard of.

The whole build

Design, layout, the words, your photos placed and cropped, every page loaded with real content. You don't fill in a template — I do all of it.

Perfect on a phone

Where 80% of your customers actually find you. Tap-to-call, tap-for-directions, hours that are correct — the three things a phone visitor came for.

Unlimited small edits

New hours, new prices, new photos, a staff change, a holiday closure. Text me. Done inside 48 hours, usually the same day.

Hosting, SSL & security

No separate hosting bill, no renewal you forget, no expired certificate. The padlock stays green and the site stays up. That's my job now.

Google Business Profile

Your map listing kept current and pointed at the new site — hours, services, photos, the review link. It's half of local search and most people never touch it.

Your email, untouched

The scariest part of any switch. I move the website records and leave your mail records exactly where they are. Nothing in your inbox changes.

Your domain stays yours

Always, no exceptions, in your name and your account. I'm a vendor, not a hostage-taker. If you leave, you walk out with it.

A real person

You text me. I answer. No ticket number, no support portal, no offshore queue, no account manager who leaves in six months.

And what isn't in it — plainly Whole new pages, a full redesign, an online store, a booking portal: those are real work and they're quoted separately, at a flat price, before anything starts. You will never get a surprise invoice from me. The line between "small edit" and "new project" is the one thing I'm strict about, because it's what keeps the monthly price this low.
04 — The library

17 designs, built for specific trades.

Not one theme with your logo dropped in. Each of these was built for a particular kind of business, with the details that business actually needs — arrival windows for an HVAC dispatcher, condition grades for a card shop, a consent-aware before/after for an injector. Your spec gets the one that fits.

Can't decide? That's a normal outcome. I'll build your business in two of them and send one link that shows you both — most people know within about four seconds which one is theirs.

05 — Pricing
Local service businesses from
$89/ month
Plus a one-time setup fee — waived if we go live this week. Pay yearly and two months are free. Restaurants start lower; medical and specialty practices sit higher. You'll know your exact number before I build anything.
  • No contract. Cancel any month, no fee, no phone call to talk you out of it.
  • First month guaranteed. Not happy, full refund, keep your domain.
  • Want to leave and take the site? Flat $499 and the files are yours.

Compare that to the quote in your inbox.

An agency has to charge you $4,000 because they're gambling — they don't know what you want yet, so they price for six weeks of meetings, revisions and rework, and they need the money up front to take the risk.

The agency way
$4,000
up front, 6–8 weeks, and you're approving mockups the whole time
This way
$89/mo
live this week, and you saw the finished thing before you paid

I'm not gambling, so you don't fund the gamble. The site already exists when we meet. Every risk that justifies an agency's price is gone, so the price becomes what it should have been all along: a utility bill. One roofing job pays for a decade of it.

Add anything, always at a flat quoted price:
Online store & checkout — from $499  ·  Extra page or section — from $99
Logo cleanup — $149  ·  I come shoot your shop & crew — $149
Review kit + counter QR cards — $99  ·  Email on your domain — $49
06 — The deal

Three promises I'll put in writing.

Live this week

Days, not months. The build already exists, so "go live" is a decision, not a project. The only thing that ever slows it down is finding out who controls your domain — which is why that's the first question I ask.

One monthly price

Hosting, security, updates, support, the Google profile. Never an hourly bill. Never a surprise. Anything genuinely outside the plan gets a flat quote and your say-so before a single hour is worked.

You've already seen it

You are never paying for a promise, a pitch deck, or a designer's idea of your business. The website is finished and sitting on a link before money is mentioned. If it's not right, you walk and it costs you nothing.

07 — Start here

Want to see yours?
It might already exist.

Tell me who you are and I'll build your site. Not a proposal, not a call to "discuss your needs" — the actual website, on a link, in your hands.

  • 01 I research your business — reviews, photos, license, service area.
  • 02 I build the real thing and text you a private link.
  • 03 You look at it. Love it, change it, or ignore me forever.

NO CALL REQUIRED · NO CARD · NO OBLIGATION
Or just email me: brandonmccravey@gmail.com

I'll have something to show you in a few days. If I can't build you something worth looking at, I'll tell you that instead of selling you anyway.
